By using SabiStream you agree to these terms. The essentials: the app is a player only, you add your own sources, and you are responsible for how you use them.
Important
SabiStream is a media player only. It does not provide, host, supply, curate, or distribute any television channels, films, series, audio, or other media content of any kind.
The app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any content provider, broadcaster, playlist operator, or service. It does not endorse, encourage, or condone the use of any illegal or unauthorised content source.
To watch or listen to anything, you must add your own playlists, accounts, or sources. SabiStream does not include any such sources and provides no means of obtaining them.
Eligibility
You must be of the age of majority in your country or region (and at least 18 years old) to use this app. By using it, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are not eligible, do not use the app.
Paid features
Any purchase, subscription, or premium upgrade unlocks application features only. It does not include, grant, or provide access to any channels, streams, recordings, or media content whatsoever.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the playlists, links, accounts, and content you access using this app, and for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of your content providers in your country or region.
You agree that you will not use this app for any unlawful purpose, including accessing content you are not authorised to access. The developer accepts no liability for how you choose to use the app or for the legality of the sources you add.
No warranty & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from any content accessed through it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, the sources you add, or your breach of these Terms.
Changes to the app and these terms
The developer may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, and may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and severability
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the developer's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
